okay so I feel like we've referenced intersystem sex and related kinks a bunch despite never talking about the basics so I'm just gonna say. no seriously get into bed with the other system, ask if they'd like to have a specific front you can help them bring out, or if they want you to make a special request. and just like. perceive. sex is perception sometimes. you know who's in front of you; put your hands on parts of their body that are physically there, and your hands on parts of their body that aren't physically there. look them in the eyes, talk to them, make sure that they know that you know exactly what it is you're holding. what it's supposed to look and feel like. it literally doesn't matter if the differences are tiny. it doesn't have to be blogger fan favourites like demon horns or paw pads or wildly different proportions. just sit there, smell their hair, and mumble out the colour you know it is, regardless of what their mirror tells them. That's sex.

i have an afamilial headcanon to share: fluttershy from MLP:FIM

the reason being, is that we don't even know she has a family until season 6. compared to some of the other main characters; applejack, who's ALL about family; twilight, who talks about loving her brother; pinkie, who shows excitement towards her sisters; rarity, who takes great care and shows love towards sweetie belle; i don't recall ever seeing fluttershy show the same kind of affection or even talk about her family. in fact, she often shows annoyance towards her brother (zephyr breeze) and has low tolerance for him. while that can be explained by him just having an annoying personality, i'm taking the liberty of saying it's cuz she's afamilial and doesn't actually have familial love for him. she just finds him annoying, lol.

she probably feels that community feeling more from animals than she does her own blood relatives too.

i think a similar case for rainbow dash can be made, since we don't meet rainbow's parents until season 7 and she never talked about them... but i relate to fluttershy more so i can look deeper into her interactions

system cracking jokes literally don't work because I'll be like "omg yay my new friend is a singlet but such a good plural ally" and they'll just ROCK UP a few months later and go "so I'm probably plural" and there's NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT

having vague thoughts about E3 and the current state of AAA game development in general..

like yeah direct promotions have had more of an impact than Big Events for me, and the main thing I'd want to see out of E3 are trailers for new games or the conversations that follow online - but a few points on that

I can just as easily look up “new games for [platform] [year]” on youtube

Something about the way AAA games are built these days makes me get bored of them ⅔ of the way through, if I even make it that far, on top of them charging more for less content and hiding away the rest behind multiple DLC packs

I've mostly been buying indies the past few years and have gotten a lot of fun out of them; they continue to deliver a nearly unrivaled experience of fun gameplay mechanics and interesting/emotional stories at a ridiculously low cost

I also have emulators for going back and playing old games I really liked so I'm not exactly desperate for new games

and idk!! weird to see E3 officially ending but I also think the landscape is very different these days including the game companies themselves. I'm not a game dev so I can't rly speak to what the change has looked like on their end over the past 10-20 yrs.
